Paintball Sniper

A sniper is defined as someone who shoots from a hidden position. A paintball sniper uses camouflage and deliberate movement to gain a perfect shot at the enemy while being well within the average range of a paintball. Paintball snipers and marksmen usually use less paintballs than the average paintball player.

Snipers and marksman spend more money on their equipment than other paintballs. Some spend from $200 to $1,000 dollars on equipment most of it being spent on their marker (gun) and scopes and sights. But in the long run as noted above they spend less on paintballs which over time usually cost more than the equipment used to shoot them.

Some of the preferred equipment for snipers include the Tippmann 98 Series Paintball Marker. These markers features include semi -automatic  action and ported barrels and response triggers for increased accuracy, noise reduction and faster firing. This series also offers a camo version for better blending in with the environment.

Another favorite marker of paintball snipers is the Palco Firepower SRT-SD3 Machine Gun with Silencer. The advantages of this gun is it’s light-weight and it’s removable mock silencer. Be aware this gun can only be purchased by someone over the age of 18 in most States and requires maximum use of safety equipment.
